Our grease cartridge, commonly referred to as grease tubes, , is specially designed packaging for lubricants and grease that apply to grease guns. Each cartridge has a capacity of 400g and is made of a seamless PP plastic tube. One end features a pull-ring for easy operation, while the other end incorporates a snap-fit groove (ridge) between the tube body and the cap, ensuring enhanced sealing and reducing the risk of detachment.

The cartridge dimensions comply with the DIN1284 standard established by the German Institute for Standardization, which is widely recognized and used internationally. This universal compatibility ensures that our product is suitable for all markets.

In line with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, as well as the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our design and production processes prioritize sustainability. By using thinner tube walls, we reduce material waste, and the injection molding process ensures the entire cartridge is made from the same material. Compared to composite materials such as aluminum pull-ring or paper-based tubes, our cartridges offer superior durability and practicality.
